About the event
As a thank you to Carers Wakefield for supporting me since I became a carer, I am offering free-of-charge relaxation sessions to local carers in attendance on that day. Sessions may include a blend of sound healing, breathwork, PMR, meditation, body scanning, smudging and reiki.
