Service Description
Starfrost Wishes invites you to unwind and recharge with our gentle relaxation sessions designed to combat stress and burnout. In just 45 minutes, experience a blend of breath work, progressive muscle relaxation, meditation, aromatherapy, body scanning, and sound healing. Our service is available online via Zoom or open to local residents at HQ where, upon arrival, you can indulge in a complimentary beverage to enhance your relaxation. Treat yourself to a moment of peace and rejuvenation at Starfrost Wishes.
Cancellation Policy
Cancelling or postponing appointments is acceptable up to the day before without issue or charges. Due to working around my family, 'no show' appointments with no prior cancellation or cancelling with less than 24 hours notice will count as one paid session completed.
