Feast of St James

Today, is the Feast of Saint James. As one of Jesus’ apostles, he spent his life in service before becoming a martyr in 44A.D. He is known for his pure faith and absolute trust in God. Not only is he patron Saint of Spain, he is also important to soldiers, veterinarians and pharmacists. A feast is held each year in honour of James the Great.
