Organise a dinner party for your nearest and dearest. Consider who to give your time to, this year.

Today is the 10th Day of Christmas. The 10 lords a leaping are said to symbolise the ten commandments. Although I do not wholly subscribe to these, for a variety of reasons, many of them are pretty solid advice! Ways to honour the day: Contemplate the teachings of your faith. Take some time for you. Do something nice for your parents. Reflect on the commandments that are meaningful to you. Invite friends or family over for dinner. Consider becoming involved in local community

Yesterday was the 9th Day of Christmas. The 9 ladies dancing are said to mirror 9 fruits of the Holy Spirit. Irrespective of faith, I feel that love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control are paramount to being a good person! Although I do not consider myself a Christian, I think these lessons are so important now more than ever! Ways to honour the day: -Donate unwanted Christmas gifts to a local group or charity. -Send a thoughtful gift to someone in mourning. -Think about how you can help a cause that is dear to you. -Ask an old friend if they fancy a cuppa and a chat. -
